The Protuner™ is a complete software and hardware system that records, troubleshoots, and analyzes dynamic test data. The Protuner™ is available in components or as a complete system.

Now in its 6th generation, the Protuner™ 32 software is a suite of 32 bit Windows® programs for data acquisition, data analysis, and simulation. It was designed from the ground up for testing, trouble shooting, tuning, and optimizing installed single loop and complex multivariable regulatory control systems. No other analysis or tuning package contains such a complete set of tools, proprietary analysis algorithms, or the testing and analysis know-how.

DATA ACQUISITION

Control system optimization requires recording real time open and closed loop test data on an operating control system. The Protuner™ 32 Data Acquisition program was designed to take maximum advantage of open system standards and functions for importing test data stored in other formats. Data acquisition interfaces seamlessly integrate the task of acquiring real time test data with all PLC, DCS, analog, and even pneumatic control systems using one of the three available interface drivers.

Connect to any OPC Local or Network Server
Direct or network connection to your system using a control system specific OPC Server and the Protuner™ generic OPC driver. OPC Servers can be found at www.opcfoundation.org.
